Toyota of Tampa Bay service department is wonderful! I came in for my 10,000 mile service and Ken could not have been friendlier. So wonderful to have a knowledgeable, helpful and hard working service a I came in for my 10,000 mile service and Ken could not have been friendlier. So wonderful to have a knowledgeable, helpful and hard working service advisor like him. I cannot believe I was in and out under an hour. My kids loved that Ken had suckers on his desk, they may have taken a few more than one, Ken laughed it off and said he has young kids too. He will be my go to service advisor for sure! Jarod is absolutely amazing. I was very stressed about my appointment. He helped me through it by answering my messages very quickly and apologized alot due to the amount of time I was very stressed about my appointment. He helped me through it by answering my messages very quickly and apologized alot due to the amount of time I was there. I was there for 4.5 hours getting a part replaced and oil change. Jarod being completely compassionate and understanding of my time really helped me not be upset sitting there for 4.5 hours.
