Amazing professionalism and great job. I booked an appointment for 10k service of my vehicle. I was greeted as soon as I entered the workshop by Mike, and he explained the process to me in detail. Put WRONG OIL in. Put WRONG AMOUNT of oil in. Caused a seal leak that had to be fixed right away. Female Assistant Service Mgr was extremely rude, even before the oil mistake.
