Toyota of Tampa Bay

My oil change was supposed to be roughly $40 due to a coupon (confirmed that it would be that price twice) but when I went to pay the bill it said $53. I asked why it was that much higher and was told it coupon (confirmed that it would be that price twice) but when I went to pay the bill it said $53. I asked why it was that much higher and was told it was due to taxes, but that didn't add up so I checked the receipt and it listed $10 for miscellaneous fees?? Felt scammed and lied to as I only came here for the oil change expecting to pay a fair price only to find out I would be required to pay more than expected and it didn't even include a tire rotation! Had I known I would be paying that much I would've gone elsewhere where a similar price would've included a tire rotation and without the hour and a half wait despite having an appointment. Derrick also gave me attitude for getting a new battery elsewhere claiming "why did you pay $260 somewhere else when ours is $280?" Because of the way I keep getting scammed here! Bet that doesn't even include the labor and fees! More
