I expected to be pressured to buy at that time, but am happy to report that wasn't the case. Ed told me to think about it and let him know whatever I decided. Ed was very patient, demonstrating all the technological features of my Rav4 Limited, and informing me of the various purchase options available. I would first like to say this was the easiest, quickest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever experienced. My sales rep was Ed Jones who went out of his way and above and beyond by bringing different vehicles to my work place since this was a major issue for me just getting away to look at what was available. He took all of my information and went back and handled everything for me. All I had to do was show up, sign a few documents and drive away with my beautiful "new" car. The best part of the entire visit was when I got in my car and drove away I felt completely respected and knew I had just gotten a great deal on a great car. There was no pressure, a true desire to provide me with what he knew I wanted and then he produced exactly what I wanted at exactly the right price. Wow!!
