She truly goes the extra mile to take care of her customers. I felt comfortable taking my time finding the right fit for me. I spent two days on the lot with Alice Ricks and Jerry Stitzel. They made sure that I looked at all options from pre-owned to new cars. There were no surprises with financing. I was able to see what payments and financing looked like for multiple cars/deals before making a decision. When the deal was done, there were no unexpected fees or tacked on fees. My final price reflected the estimates that were given in the beginning. Financing through the dealer was the best option for me because there were discounts available as well as a rebate for being a recent college graduate. I was impressed with the service from Toyota of Sylacauga and highly recommend Alice and Jerry to any young person like myself who is looking to make their first purchase. More

She worked with my husband and I to find a new car that we liked and when I say she worked with us, I mean she really worked Alice Ricks is an angel! We got a brand new car for $1 less than what we were already paying a month, we owed $16,000 on our old car and our new car now $18,000. Our interest rate went from 19% to 4.5%. We got a great deal on a new car but it was because Alice Ricks took so much time to see what we had, what we wanted and what we could do. We have shopped around for a while and never had a salesperson help us so much as she did. We are very impressed with our sales lady and with Glynn Smith Auto. More

Amazing Staff! I came in Labor Day weekend with my eyes set on a new Corolla. Mr. Jim greeted me and my dad in the parking lot. As it was my first time buying a car I came in Labor Day weekend with my eyes set on a new Corolla. Mr. Jim greeted me and my dad in the parking lot. As it was my first time buying a car on my own, I was very overwhelmed. Jim is an amazing salesman. He was very clear and straight forward with all of my questions. There was an issue with obtaining insurance. During the long wait he kept me company and made the time pass quickly. In two weeks I've put over 1,500 miles on my new 2015 Corolla LE.
