She also bent over backwards to ease our concerns about the lease inspection, and brought us boxes to help transfer items from the old car to the new. She made sure my interest rate reflected my credit score. Jerry made sure the concerns we had with the new car were addressed. Alice even had toys on her desk that my children could play with.
