Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!! Vaden of Sylacauga, Alice, Donnie & management went out of their way to make sure I got the Highlander I wanted. From day 1, Alice went out of her way Vaden of Sylacauga, Alice, Donnie & management went out of their way to make sure I got the Highlander I wanted. From day 1, Alice went out of her way to get the features and color that mattered to me. This dealership fairly valued my trade-in sight unseen, got the Highlander to their dealership from another one, and installed the trailer hitch I wanted without me ever signing anything or paying a deposit. They even waited 4 days for me to be able to come get it. When I got there, everything was waiting for me to sign. Donnie and I spent more time talking about common interests than we actually did with paperwork. He took me out to my vehicle and showed me all the features so I was comfortable driving 40 miles back home feeling like I knew my Highlander. I would highly, highly recommend Vaden to anyone looking for a vehicle. Go see them or give them a call! More
