Disappointed this time. I have a Toyota service plan, so this is not price related. I’ve used this dealership before, and my prior visit they were unable to do the Apple Car I have a Toyota service plan, so this is not price related. I’ve used this dealership before, and my prior visit they were unable to do the Apple Car Play successfully. They advised me to retry on my next visit. I made an appointment (as I did for my previous visits) for the 40K service and the Apple Car play update. Upon arrival, they had no record of my appoint and basically refused to perform the Apple Car Play update (saying it was done previously). Instead of verifying the update by looking at the radio in my car, they dismissed me. Come on Vaden, I paid an up charge for these services by buying the service plan, at least you could do a better job with listening to your customer. More
