Curious of recommendations I came for an oil change. I knew you would recommend services as you always do. However one of your recommendations bothered me. You said that my batt I came for an oil change. I knew you would recommend services as you always do. However one of your recommendations bothered me. You said that my battery failed. You have me no documentation of this as I just had work done on my battery and the positive hook up. I saw there is some corrosion, but you all know some is normal. I also know of two other individuals that have visited your service center lately and had the same recommendation. Both of which had them checked and they were good. This bothers me as I have come to rely on you for my wife’s car. Making recommendations that are not required is not good practice. Especially she. Trying to sell a two hundred dollar battery. More

It was a big change going from a Tahoe to a car but this Camry had everything I wanted and great gas mileage. My husband is 6’6 and with his seat all the way back there was still leg room for the kids and room above his head. Even trying a mid size SUV, the Camry had more room. I am so fed up with add-on "fees", mandatory "options", and run-arounds/excuses that other dealerships make. Vaden Toyota was like a breath of fresh air. Pleasant Transaction In the past, I'd rather have teeth pulled than shop for a car. I very much dislike double and triple-teaming and "oh, one more offer". I received a more than fair value for my trade-in, a great price on a RAV4 and wonderful customer service (thank you, Donhnovan! and Donnie!) This review is written less than 24 hours after I purchased the car so we'll see how after-sale support goes but I expect it to be as customer focused as the sale process was. More

Garbage The service manager said it would be $963.64 to fix the front left wheel barring housing assembly. And 2 day wait on parts. What wrecked me was he said only the toyota parts will do, (witch he said would be a $300.00 part) and I would have the same issue in 10,000 miles if I installed it myself. So a $300.00 part with some 663.64 in shop time. That sounds like a scam. Absolutely not. To me this is a bummer because I want a new truck and is the closest dealership to me. But then also when I asked the maintenance manager for the finance paper work to get the part done, for some reason he can't get it for me and the finance guy was on lunch. (I get it people need to be on lunch). When he is done, comes into the waiting area tosses the clipboard on mylap says "fill this out". No introduction, still half eating lunch, no common courtesy... so that did it for me. If that is how they treat customers and veterans that's fine. I'll take my business else where. More
