Prompt and courteous Vaden’s facility is very nice. It is well-kept and easy to get to. Their service staff are professional and courteous. I was in and out in 30 minutes for my vehicle’s 50K service. The only improvement I would suggest is to replace or repair the seats in the waiting area. The bottom of the seats sags, making it difficult to rise to a standing position, and for us older customers, that is a problem. More
