Great Experience with Buying a New Car from Kim at Vaden I will be a returning customer!! Kim helped me thru email, phone, and texts with questions I had about a 2018 vehicle in Vaden's inventory. When I drove from Birmingham to see the vehicle, Kim had it ready to show mw and she was able to answer all questions concerning options, etc. After the test drive I asked, if there were 2019 vehicles with the options I was looking for. I looked at one color and liked it better than the 2018 vehicle. Then she pointed out a Blizzard Snow 2019 Highlander. Once I saw it on the inside, I knew this was the car I wanted. Kim showed me the different features on the car and how to operate them. We went to her office and talked about the price. She was able to get me a great price on the new 2019 Highlander and a really good price on my trade-in. Kim was very polite, helpful, honest, kind, and professional in all our dealings. I will be referring all my friends and family to Kim at Vaden if they are interested in a new vehicle!! More
