My first lease is a winner! I have just leased my first car. I had heard how much better off I'd be leasing rather than buying but I honestly thought that I would always buy and I have just leased my first car. I've had great service with this dealership and have had minor repairs done and parts replaced so recently I went in looking for a part and met a wonderful world class salesman named Benji Buckle. He very kindly offered to help me and took the time to give me good advice regarding my 14 year old Toyota I mentioned a new car and so we took a spin and I loved the car. Benji patiently took me through the whole process and helped me to get exactly what I needed to end up with a car that I love and can afford. With help from Manager Steve and Finance Director Anthony to make magic happen, I got a great deal. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend all my friends. More

The dealership's estimate: $300 for parts plus $100 for installation! I took their detailed estimate and found certified Toyota parts online. Toyota of Stamford had marked each and every part up by a minimum of 100%. I expected to pay a little more at the dealership and if it were for something where quality was critical, that'd be OK, but this was a piece of plastic. This is a good example of why I don't trust dealerships. More
