The other thing we really liked about him was willingness to show us available car/truck comparisons from various sources; he has the April auto issue from "Consumer Reports" sitting right on his desk. We never felt pressured. There are two more possible auto purchases coming up for our family in the coming months; we will be returning to this dealership and finding Jason. More
I was not the most motivated new car buyer in the market. I had been driving a 2002 Rav4 that I bought brand new in approx. November of 2001. It was still driving nice and had 170,000 miles on it. I knew I wanted another one but I wasn’t necessarily in a hurry and David worked with me without being too assertive or aggressive. He’d call every once in awhile or send an e-mail. I shopped around the Southern Maryland area and finally decided to buy local and since I drive past the Southern Maryland Toyota dealership in Lexington Park every day it was a simple decision. Thanks David for being helpful with the details on all the new Rav4’s and the various options! As I said, I wasn’t all that motivated. I started this journey in late November of 2011 and I am now (purchased on 13 April 2012) the owner of another Rav4 (a 2012) Limited and looking forward to putting another 170,000 miles on the odometer. I have to admit, my number one concern for buying this truck was the factory tech support after the purchase. David provided me with all the assurance that my truck will be looked after with care. I was provided with proof with such policies as the "Dealership for Life" Program, "EnviroGuard" and the various factory supported extended warranty options. When I drove away with my new Toyota, I was convinced that it wasn't just the end, but the begining of the after the sale relationship I'll have with Toyota of Southern Maryland in the future. The day I bought my Prius he was wonderful. I did not feel pressured by him at all. Even though there were other people waiting to buy the car we were looking at, he did not rush us to make our decision. I took the Prius into the dealership today to have some extras done. Today is David's day off, but he offerred to come to work to help me through my first dealings with service. I feel that is above and beyond. I am very pleased. More

Overall, my experience was excellent!! Robbie was very patient with me as I shopped around. He was able to find me exactly the car I wanted, when I described what I was looking for. When I walked into Toyota, I was just looking to see if I would be approved for any of the cars that were on the lot. I knew I did not have a whole lot of credit to go on, but I wanted to find out. David Banis introduced himself to me and I was impressed from the beginning. We went into his office and he started asking me questions to see what I needed to do to get myself into a great car.
