I was disappointed when I took my car in for new tires. I was told they had them in stock and would be held for me. By the time I got there some other service writer had sold them to another customer. I was told they had them in stock and would be held for me. By the time I got there some other service writer had sold them to another customer. Had to come back next day. My service advisor seemed new and didn't seem to know what he was talking about when I asked questions. Its like the company got rid of everyone I knew and started over with a younger set of employees that didn't really know their jobs. Very disappointed this time. I have been going there for 3 years. After this last visit I am hesitant to return due to the changes in staff. I really miss Bobby. More

Helpful Service Dept. My visit was simply for a set of new tires. What made this visit special was the consideration I was shown by the service manager. I had tried to take advantage of the national Toyota tire sale in October but when I went in to the dealership late in the month the tires I wanted were out of stock and would not be in before the end of the sale thereby making it impossible to task advantage of the saving associated with the sale. When the tires arrived and were about to be installed I talked to the service manager about losing out on the sale price. He informed me that since it was a national sale he had no flexibility to provide me the sale price. However, he made some local changes to my invoice that gave me a price that matched the sale price. This saved me about $100.00. More
