I visited the dealership for the 1st time if service since I bought my car. Yasine was the service specialist who assisted me. He was very helpful , knowledgeable, and very professional. With the service department being backed up and my waiting time was longer than expected he was extremely courteous, and fixed the situation. I didn't have the great experience many people talk about while buying from this dealership. My deposit was held on to for far too long, the car wasn't registered in a timely manner, and I was handled rudely while buying from this dealership. My deposit was held on to for far too long, the car wasn't registered in a timely manner, and I was handled rudely by the service department once in person and another time over the phone. A service member Bill didn't want to replace the damaged windshield from the car I had just bought and made up excuses as to why it would be better not to replace it such as "the seals may leak, and I can epoxy that chipped windshield" even though it was eye level and full of rain water which can't be properly repaired. And recently I called the service dept to ask if they had any record of my vehicle's transmission having an old recall fixed. Another Toyota dealership was able to confirm that to me politely in a few minutes. It was only after I reached out to the general manager that the problems were corrected right away. I think the dealership is better than the average dealership is in the area but it is a shame that this dealership continued to not address important details of the sale after multiple times of calling and texting with the staff responsible. Only after reaching out to the GM did all my issues finally get resolved. I respect that the upper management stands by their great customer service claims however I still have a foul taste in my mouth after buying from Toyota of Smithfield More

Working with Sufian was incredibly difficult. He doesn't have the best communication skills, and he doesn't keep you filled in I waited 3 weeks before receiving my vehicle.
