Although I had a good purchasing experience at Toyota Of Slidell, they have the absolute worst service Department I have ever seen. On my last scheduled service appointment I arrived about an hour early af Slidell, they have the absolute worst service Department I have ever seen. On my last scheduled service appointment I arrived about an hour early after my appointment in New Orleans did not last as long as anticipated. When I told the service advisor I was going to wait for my 10k oil change/tire rotation, he became agitated and told me I was an hour early and they were already two hours behind and he didn’t know how long it would take. I’m not sure how they could have been two hours behind after only being open that long but I left without receiving service. On June 6, 2025 I scheduled routine 15k service as well as my ac not working properly. I had a couple questions and attempted to speak with Vincent who was assigned service advisor. I called three times during business hours leaving my information with receptionist and Vincent's voicemail. He never bothered to return my calls. I called again on June 7, 2025 and asked to speak with service manager on duty. Again left voicemail with no return call. This is totally unacceptable to treat customers in this disrespectful manner. I purchased a nearly 60k Toyota Tundra in addition to a Toyota Sequoia a few years ago and this is how they treat repeat customers. Needless to say I have purchased my last vehicle from Toyota of Slidell and would highly suggest that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership think twice. They may be ok in sales but service after the sale is horrendous! More
Brought in my truck today at 20,000 miles to get an oil change only to find out that they changed my oil at 10,000 miles and 15,000 miles told me my two oil changes are up. I was told I had two years or 25 change only to find out that they changed my oil at 10,000 miles and 15,000 miles told me my two oil changes are up. I was told I had two years or 25,000 miles. I had no idea it was every 10,000 miles but they screwed up. Did it too soon and now I’m out of an oil change so I can’t get my regular scheduled maintenance cause of their fault. First time I brought my tires to get rotated. I know for a fact, they didn’t change them because I marked my tires so ever since then I never got tires rotated from them again Watch it very Shiesty More

Also, In their defense, the dealer recently changed hands and is much better than our prior visit so a 4 is appropriate. They also need to explain the vehicle features more thoroughly and introduce Service staff to new vehicle owners. We have years of customer service experience and training...some of these things may not bother others. More

Scheduled my first oil change with Julie after buying a brand new 2025 Camry. Showed up to be told I wasn’t getting an oil change that I was only getting my tires rotated which would take an hour and 15 mi brand new 2025 Camry. Showed up to be told I wasn’t getting an oil change that I was only getting my tires rotated which would take an hour and 15 min to do even though I had an appt. Julie had an attitude from the time I schedule the appt to the day I came in. She clearly does not like being at work. I could hear her complaining about everything while I was in the lobby waiting for my car. 3 hours later, I came back after I bump into something and a censor came on saying system malfunction to be told they do nothing to fix this and I would have to take it to a body shop to deal with it. Julie’s comment “Well I didn’t back into something you did” I will never return to the service dept because of Julie. Clint however is top tier and I will always refer to him for purchasing a vehicle. More
I brought my 2018 Tundra in for an oil change and tire rotation. They charged me for a tire rotation but the rotation never occurred. I know this because I marked the tires. Recently, we purchased a beautiful white Tacoma 4x4 with the blackout package from Mark Nette. Mark went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and get the deal done without much stress. Hannah was very nice and thorough throught the purchasing process. I didn't walk away with the exact car that I wanted due to the price. However, I still purchased another vehicle that I love!
