Knowing the integrity and friendliness of the dealership, I went there for my purchase. I had done all my "homework" and knew what I wanted and had the proper information with me, so things went really smoothly. Toyota of Santa Barbara also honors Costco members, so I got a good deal on my new car. I had a very nice salesman, Leonard Lallier, who went over everything with me, and I was happy to have a hassle free experience!
