Having never been to a dealership,my expectations were not pleasant from what i have heared about dealing with car salesmen. I dont know if it was my lucky day but Frank (francisco) set a very high standa not pleasant from what i have heared about dealing with car salesmen. His knowledge of the vehicles was phenomenal but most importantly his knowledge of his customers needs was on point; before i could think of my question Frank was already a step a head in highlighting what i wanted to know. He is very aware of providing quality customer service...i asked to look at 5different vehicles...frank never took any short cuts in presenting each vehicle attributes and pointing out the difference in each vehicle. With all the questions i had....Frank was very patient and never seemed to overwhelm me...even after showing me all the vehicleshe was kind enough to take some time and introduce me to his sales manager Mr Carlise,with no pressure on having to close the deal. If you are looking for a salesman who will not treat you like you're just a sale for him,answers all your questions and concerns, and provides friendly and sincere customer service; hands down,ask for Francisco.
