Happy Tundra owner After being let down big time by another Toyota dealership, I turned to Toyota of Santa Barbara. I spoke to Leonard on the phone and explained my situ After being let down big time by another Toyota dealership, I turned to Toyota of Santa Barbara. I spoke to Leonard on the phone and explained my situation and what I was looking for. He assured me that he had the vehicle that I was looking for and put me in touch with Sam right away. Sam sent me pictures upon request and I was able to schedule a test drive with ease. I was really impressed with both gentlemen. My wife and I drove 2 hours to the dealership and were met by Sam and Leonard. Less than 2 hours later I was a proud owner of a brand new Tundra. That would not have been possible without the meticulous preparation by these gentlemen prior to my arrival. I also wanted to mention Hector in the finance department. Very friendly all around, no gimmicks. My recommendation all around!! More
