Very disappointed! I'm a Santa Barbara native so staying local would make sense. The couple of times I've been into Toyota of Santa Barbara, I've been ignored. When they finally decide to come up to me, they are very pushy and not friendly at all. It is very sad that I've had to go to Ventura Toyota to purchase my four vehicles. Maybe employees at SB should go shadow Ventura Toyota. More
