Discovery of rodent caused malfunction I thought there was a leak in my radiator because the overheating indicator had come on. Even though the service department was quite busy and there I thought there was a leak in my radiator because the overheating indicator had come on. Even though the service department was quite busy and there were no appointments available, they were able to work my car in and discovered that a rodent had gotten caught in the drive belt and caused it to come off. The belt was replaced and the engine checked for any possible damage and my car was ready to roll. More

SALES TEAM ADEPT AT RIPPING OFF CONSUMERS No complaint about the car. I was dumb enough to purchase extended warranty and service agreements on a used Toyota. I was grossly overcharged. $1300 for 7 oil changes!!! They duped me into paying their full asking price and also into accepting a lowball on my trade-in and also a high interest rate on the loan. I guess it was my mistake for trusting any car salesman for any reason. Shame on them for taking advantage. Too bad there is not an opportunity to rate with negative stars. More
