They Found The Exact Car I was Looking For I had called around to other dealerships and auto brokers and was unable to find the color I wanted with the interior I wanted. I still had to go through the all day sales process (with multiple sales people) which I felt was unnecessary as I knew exactly what I wanted. I know they were just doing their jobs, but really, when someone says they don't want anything extra they should be able to skip ahead. Everyone hates that part, please make it faster and easier, you'll sell more cars. Once the car arrived they were great about communicating, getting it ready, etc. Bryan actually sent photos to me because I couldn't wait to see it. Bryan was great, he was on time for our appointment, showed me how everything worked, had the car fully charged, full of gas, washed and ready to go! Excellent service. He also followed up to make sure everything was going ok the following week. More

Thomas, the service advisor was great but I was disappointed that I was charged a diagnostic fee that was not applied toward repair cost. Also, there was a delay in diagnosing the repair and ordering/receiving the part for repair. Overall, considering the circumstances, I would recommend this facility. More

We appreciated the time Carlos took to explain all the features of the vehicle and program the audio/phone features for us. This is the first time that has ever been done for us and was very helpful. He called the next day to see if we had any questions or concerns with the car. I would highly recommend Santa Barbara Toyota. Their customer service is excellent! More
