Removed seized oil filter canister off a RAV. Toyota removed a seized plastic oil filter canister housing off my 2012 RAV 4. It was on the 65k oil and filter change. I had always taken it in for my oil changes, and this was my first diy. It was a process to remove and they took care of it free of charge. i replaced it with a metal canister, hopefully this issue will never happen again. More

Nice, but ... left me disappointed. Receptionist set me up with 11am appt. Todd was nice, but after leaving us waiting for several minutes, he explained that his mechanics were going to Receptionist set me up with 11am appt. When I protested he persuaded one of them to stay and work on a moon roof that was stuck open. After three hours we had no repair, a $3500 estimate for replacement, and two pieces of cardboard and a plastic bag stuffed into the gap. We had to make the drive home to Chico that day. 1 mile on the freeway blew the cardboard and plastic into the lap and almost into the face of the driver. We were astounded to discover that the mechanics and made no attempt to tape the materials into place or in any other way secure the material. Half hour at a nearby body shop give us a much better solution. We were disappointed with Toyota. More
My experience at the dealer. I made another lease contract with Santa Barbara Toyota dealer. Sam Ladd was a great person with the matter when I first visited there. Although it took us for about 2 or 3 hours there while doing whatever I had to do but he and other staff had never gave me a any dull time. I have been a customer there quite long time but I have never had a bad experience. More
