Toyota’s service team just keeps getting better. Rachel is my advisor, and I count on her to get me in and out, with excellent attention to detail. She calls me promptly if additional work needs to be done, so there’s minimal (if any) delay. She really LISTENS to me. This time, I unexpectedly needed four new tires. She assured me of their price match guarantee- and when I called a few other tire places, Toyota’s prices were actually better by $15 a tire- with a mail in rebate for $70! In addition, their shuttle drivers deserve a “shoutout”, too! Their GPS systems find me easily, I never have to wait long, and they somehow manage to make every person in the car feel special as they navigate us all home using the quickest possible routes. Honestly, every member of the Service team makes it a joy to bring my car in for service. My only issue is that I wish they were more female service team members. It’s still a very sexist world in car dealerships overall, and it’s about time for women to get more opportunity in this arena. More

Enjoyed working with Carlos Perez We were shopping for a Prius Prime Limited. It took us several weeks to consider the vehicle, cost, and features. Carlos was a big help in introducing us to the vehicle, helping us understand its capabilities, and working with us on the price. What I liked about his approach was that he was very calm, focused, and professional. We never got the feeling that we were being pushed. Although the prime was not in stock, Carlos gave us a ring as soon as one arrived with all the prerequisites, and then things came together quickly. It takes a bit of time to come to a final decision regarding all the factors of purchasing a car. Carlos seemed to understand that and worked 'with us', but not 'at us'. After the purchase, he was very helpful and patient when training us on how to use the features, as well as field our questions. Overall, we had positive experience, and the vehicle is a delight, The safety features on the Limited version was our primary motivator along with the plug-in capability. Thanks Carlos! More

The availability of a shuttle allows me to leave my car so that the mechanics can best fit it into their schedule. The check-in staff, advisors and shuttle drivers are all a pleasure to work with. I discovered a tire pressure problem just as I was heading out my driveway to go up to N. Calif. Long story short, they found a nail, replaced the tire and sent me on my way, in slightly over an hour, still able to make the trip and reach my destination in time! Joe and David were the two who took care of my vehicle this time. I am so grateful! More
Tod is the man. Never tries to rip you off and just lets you know what work you might want to work on.
