Hey everyone, just wanted to share my recent experience with Toyota of San Bernardino. Let me tell you, not only did I fall head over heels for the 2024 GR Corolla circuit edition as soon as I saw it, but with Toyota of San Bernardino. Let me tell you, not only did I fall head over heels for the 2024 GR Corolla circuit edition as soon as I saw it, but the customer service was also top-notch! The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Just keep in mind that there was a huge markup added to the price, along with taxes and fees. But with such amazing customer service, it made the whole experience much more enjoyable! More

I ended up driving from Pasadena due to the dealership having the car I was looking for on their property (which only one other dealership in the LA area had). It was totally worth the drive. I would make the drive to purchase a car from this dealership again. Edwin in sales, Nathan in finance, and the dealership manager (unfortunately cannot remember his name) were very helpful, kind, thoughtful, friendly, courteous, and intentional about making it a positive experience for me. They all demonstrated excellent customer service. Edwin was invaluable during the process and has remained attentive to my needs and questions following the purchase. He went over and above in his professionalism and helpfulness. Due to driving out to San Bernadino, I was far from home. He followed me home late at night in my new purchase so that I didn’t have to make the drive back out there with my wife (and make arrangements for childcare) and to get my wife’s signature in transferring the title. He even stayed a while after to explain the features to my wife and get our phones connected to our new car. Nathan made the financial aspects feel like a piece of cake. He immediately made me feel comfortable and patiently and thoroughly explained each section of the agreement. I had a question a couple of weeks after the purchase regarding the paperwork and he happily answered it and let me know not to hesitate to contact him if I had further questions. The manager was courteous and helpful and worked with me on the price. He agreed to a trade in sight unseen (as the car was in need of repairs and in the shop) and even willingly arranged and paid for my car to be towed from the service center in Pasadena to San Bernadino. He was able to get a lower financing rate than he initially thought. All this to say, if you need a new or used car, Toyota of San Bernadino is an easy choice for a great, comfortable buying experience. Totally worth a drive if you’re not local. You’ll be glad you did! More
