Had an appointment to go see a car, took the day off and when we got there the car was sold , I was really interested in getting the car and had to put a $ 1000.00 deposit When I finally got it they gave m when we got there the car was sold , I was really interested in getting the car and had to put a $ 1000.00 deposit When I finally got it they gave me a really high interest knowing that I had a really good credit score, they didn’t even try to work the price with me not even after a put a down payment of $17000.00 I also had look and brought an offer on my phone saying that the kind of car I bought had a 3.99% interest and they said that certain store did not have that available They gave me a 5.9 % interest rate and if u check my credit score I deserved the 3.9% that they were offering at that time More
During my car shopping experience, I never feel pressured for anything. I would still desire that paper work should be completed and I drive away in less then 30 minutes once prise of vehicle decided. Overal for anything. I've been skeptical for many years about buying cars because to the game dealers and sales agents love to play around. Johnny Fregoso just not help me to get a good deal but also to change my mind. I’m very picky and he was still patient, letting me come down and test drive several different options before settling on the one I wanted. Side note- ValleyHi Toyota is much closer to my home and had the car I wanted but I still wanted to do business with Marcos. So I told them no and just waited for him to get the one I wanted and drove down to pick it up. He’s a keeper for sure and I’ll be back in 2 years for my new sienna, hopefully he’s still there 😎 More

She was a Rock Star yesterday, and I appreciated the experience. Nate also made the minutiae of the financials mush less painful. I am an older woman and not ever dealership has that respect going for them or they make assumptions when they first see me. But not SB Toyota. I have purchased 4 different toyotas from SB going back to 2008 and I will continue to go there for my purchases. I don't know who is hiring your staff put they are picking good quality people, not just young idiots that are quick to judge. Marcos Alonzo is the best. He helped my son purchase his new Rav and then kept contact with me via text to help me purchase my new GRCorolla. He is the most patient man at a dealership I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will be returning to him in the next few years to buy a Sienna. We are a toyota family and Marcos has our business. Keep up the great work! More

I, probably like most first-time buyers, was extremely anxious and nervous to get/or not get a car. This dealership made it seamless and didn’t take advantage of me. I was out under 4 hours.
