Great place for Costco members to buy a Toyota Was expecting some typical car dealership run around but received "none". My Costco Rep Alonzo was a class act and a genuine "nice guy". He provided 100% transparent experience started w/ Costco membership pricing with a full disclosure on all figures. His Mgr Abel gave me a no none-sense trade in appraisal which based on the condition of my old car, was very reasonable. Finance Mgr Felix explained every items on the contract in a very clear and concise manner. Most impressively, he simply went over the benefits of some additional insurance, warranty products but did not pressure me to purchase any. Overall, it was a very pleasant and low pressure experience. Staff here have excellent product knowledge and they follow a "process" carefully to ensure customers receive excellent service from beginning to end which took no more than 90 minutes. Kudos to Costco for referring me here, and 2 thumbs up for Toyota of San Bernardino. More

A Service Dept that Listens to Customer's Needs At no fault to this dealer, my Camry came w/ 2 defective Bridgestone tires from the factory. Tire noise were considerably louder at rear than front. Service Advisor Bobby Vega made arrangement for his Master Tech Dan to road test the car with me the following morning and duplicated my concern. The two rear tires were immediately replaced and Dan went on the road test with me again to make sure the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. One cannot reasonably ask for more (or better service). More
