Toyota of San Bernardino

My experience could of been better. Got a used car. It end of having a lot of minor issues that needed to be fixed. I had to go back multiple times to get some of things fixed. Had to Got a used car. Which is a hassle when you need your vehicle. Some things still have yet to be fixed. They supposedly ordered two of the parts. Two weeks have passed. I haven't received a call till this day on those parts which should of only took 2 days to come in , which they mentioned. Such a hassle! They need to be on top of their customers. Make sure they take care of the stuff they said they would and are suppose to fix. I now regret getting a car from this location. After all these issues. More

Straight and honest I wanted to purchase a vehicle I leased from Crown Toyota. I told them what I wanted to do. They didn't try to sell me anything more and were straight up and honest during the purchase. I've bought countless vehicles throughout my life and this was by far the best experience. Compliments to both the salesman and finance manager. I'll go there fist next time I purchase another vehicle. More

Could be better I requested a recall to be taken care of and I was told it would. When I went to pick up my car I was told that both items should be reschedule to another day. I can understand it but why do not communicate in advance? I could reschedule the regular check up for another day... now I need to come back to the dealer. It is completely avoidable. More
