Unfortunately, I don't have the names of the ladies working the front desk. When I walked in both ladies where busy, one on the phone, the other helping a customer. When the girl helping a customer noticed that she acknowledged me and said, " I'll be right with you" Other than that, I'm somewhat happy. The transaction was very simple and fast. Tuan Lam is very helpful and knowledgeable. He even set up the Bluetooth for me. The other thing I'm upset about is that I purchased a vehicle over 20k and did not give me floor mats.
