Unfortunately, I don't have the names of the ladies working the front desk. When I walked in both ladies where busy, one on the phone, the other helping a customer. There were some hurdles since we do not live in the area, but the team at Toyota of San Bernardino worked quickly to deliver the car that same day, and Alejandro was extremely patient with us upon delivery as we inspected it thoroughly. He arrived at our home with five different contracts printed out to cover all of our bases in terms of purchasing with the different warranty & payment options, and he took the time to walk us through all of the features in our new car.
