Our Sales representative was excellent, he listened, was respectful, and provided us with information on what was available, We took the truck for a test drive and quickly found what we were looking to buy. The Finance person explained every extra coverage without being too pushy on what we should buy. He was very respectful and made sure we understood every page we signed. Our entire buying process was less than 4 hours - not long at all, considering it’s a large investment. Thanks Toyota - You got the vehicles and employees right!!! More
