THIS WOULD BE MY SECOND TIME THERE.I WAS TO MEET A SALESMEN NAMED JOHN GARNELLI,BUT HE LEFT ME A MESSAGE TO TALK TO JOSE TORRES. ME AND MY WIFE ARRIVED AND HE WAS WITH SOMEONE. WHEN HE GOT TO US TOLD SALESMEN NAMED JOHN GARNELLI,BUT HE LEFT ME A MESSAGE TO TALK TO JOSE TORRES. ME AND MY WIFE ARRIVED AND HE WAS WITH SOMEONE. WHEN HE GOT TO US TOLD HIM THE CAR THAT I TAKED TO JOHN G AND SAW THE CAR ON THE IHTERNET THE GAMES BEGAN I THE LOOK ON HIS FACE AND I PRINYED A COPY TO TAKE WITH ME. WELL JOSE NEVER EXPLAINED THE CAR WENT OVER NOTHING AT ALL HE PUT A TAG ON IT WE WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE CAME BACK. I TOLD HIM THERE WAS CONCERNS RIGHT IHFRONT MY LIKE BLEW ME OFF I KNOW WHY INTERNET.PRICE WAS NOT THE SAME AS ON YOUR WINDOW JOHN G WAS MY SALESMEN FIRST AND THEY BOTH Had TO SPLIT THE DEAL. NOT MY PROBLEM HE ACTED LIKE HE DID NOT WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH US.I ASKED HIM TO COME DOWN ON THE CAR HE SAYS TURNS THE PAPER TO ME AND MY WIFE SHOWS TESE NUMBERS IT IS WHAT IS. THEN I WE ARE WAITING FOR BANK APPROVAL JOSE NEVER ASKED ME FOR A DEPOSIT TO HOLD THAT CAR.THE CAR GETS BOUGHT BY THE BANK WERE DONE THE PAPER MY WIFE SAYS JOSE DOES IT HAVE GAS AND CLEANED UP JOSE SAYS,IT HAS A HALF A TANK WELL SHE ALMOST RAN OUT OR GAS AS SOON AS WE LEFT BELL WENT OFF SHE SAID CAR COULD OF BEEN CLEANED BETTER.I TRIED CALLING THE MANAGER OF TOYOTA OR RUNNEMEDE EVEN EMAIL LEFT MY NUMBER WITH CASHIER WHEN I PICKED MY TAGS UP NO CALL BACK. Lisa Leonetti made my "car purchase experience" very pleasant. When I arrived my car was waiting for me and she explained everything about the car. I was in and out very quickly. The first Toyota salesperson I met with could not meet the price I was offering on a new car, he said they'd be selling at a loss. I was at the Runnemede dealership a week later having my older Toyota se the price I was offering on a new car, he said they'd be selling at a loss. Been buying and leasing cars from this dealership since the year 2000, so obviously we like it. My family especially likes Dave Pulliam.
