I have been a Toyota owner for years and have dealt with plenty of dealerships. The service department here has always been great. They great my family with a smile and are very easy to deal with. They are timely and always provide great feedback and recommendations for what are cars need. On my last service visit I decided to take a look at the new Camry to possibly replace my wife's old one. I wasn't expecting to buy a car that day, however I was greeted with the same respect and decency by the sales department. From salesman to managers I was highly impressed which help make my decision to buy that same exact day easy with no regret. Good job guys! I recommend them to anyone looking to service their cars or put a new Toyota in their driveway! Thanks! More

Customer of Used car They sold me a defective car and never wanted to accept that it is their fault. They just started telling me I made the breaking which was not true and asked me for showing the proof of i didnot break it. They tried to pretend their fault ' instead of telling SORRY which was the most annoying for me. They want to make money just telling lies and cheating the customer. They canceled my claim for no CONVINCING REASON at all. I even didnot know when they canceled it. While estimating the APR of the financing , they lied me . This is also ridiculous. More
Unethical I called this dealership on 2/2/15 at about 1500 and asked about the 2000 Ford Expedition they had listed online. I was told the price was $9995 and there was about 120,000 miles on it. The salesman told me he would email me the information. By 0845 on 2/3/15 I hadn't heard anything so I called the dealership again. Chris, the salesman I spoke with, said the vehicle was about $8000 and had about 118,000 miles on it. At about 0915, I received an email and call from salesman Phillip Getting with the previously requested information. The email said the vehicle had gotten new brakes and was listed for $10900. At 1530, we called Phillip and asked about the price. We told him we had $6460 to spend and that had to include tax and licensing. He asked about financing and we said no. He said he would speak with his manager and call back. When he called back he asked how soon we could be there. We explained that we live in Spokane and would not be there until almost 1900. We clarified that the price was going $6460 out the door and he said yes. We drove from Spokane to the dealership. Phillip had left, the vehicle wasn't ready to be driven and no one would honor the price that we were quoted. The vehicle was not in the condition I was told it was in either. When I told them I would file a complaint with the BBB, they said they didn't care, they weren't members. They refused to let me talk to the general manager and the sales manager told me they would not honor the price I had been quoted. I am very concerned about the way this dealership is representing Toyota. After I left, I looked at reviews of the dealership online and this seems to be a common theme with them. I have already filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau and told all of the family and friends that live in the area about the experience. I also lodged a complaint with the Toyota corporation. More

Th I bought a new Toyota 4-runner. My experience at Toyota of Pullman was excellent ! I knew what I wanted with certain "extras" actually every extra. They found one for me, had it delivered and ready for me when I arrived. The salesman..joe went through every detail with me, synced my phone , added my favorite radio station, and the best part was the price was straight to the point. I love the easy transactions and the service I recieved. I also recieved follow up call to make sure I didn't need any other assistance with the programs or any other buttons. I won't go anywhere else. More
Terrible Experience My husband and I visited this dealership to inquire about a lease on a car, and our experience was just terrible. I'm not going to talk about the spec My husband and I visited this dealership to inquire about a lease on a car, and our experience was just terrible. I'm not going to talk about the specific details but basically, the salesman are desperate for sales, the staff were rude and had bad customer service. They don't care about their customers and their manager was rude and did not want to speak to us directly. The whole environment and just being there and dealing with this kind of people was horrible, their liars and they tell a bunch of lies. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please stay away and save yourself from all the trouble that this dealership and staff will cause you. More
Came here knowing exactly what the REAL dealer invoice pricing was as well as knowing the trade in value of our existing car using the most used guide by dealers. Their STTP pricing was decent & got their pricing was as well as knowing the trade in value of our existing car using the most used guide by dealers. Their STTP pricing was decent & got their E Price which was about 200 better. The salesman was brisk & impersonal, he seemed annoyed that we had been shopping around. After some back & forth regarding the trade in we finally had a deal. This after we had to walk out once & he even came out to fetch us as we were driving away. We went back in to finalize the deal, I even initialed the price we agreed upon on his paper work, he had the deal. But then the old bait & switch started. They started playing shell games with the manufacturers rebate & even said they would pull the mats out of the vehicle! This was the last straw so we went straight down the hill to Rogers motors & made the same deal. This salesman made several assumptions about us & our intentions several times during our visit there that were highly uncalled for. I let them pass being the adult in the room. He looked to be very annoyed the whole time. We are so happy we did not complete the deal there which is funny because... HE HAD THE DEAL! The sweetest part was driving home that night in our just purchased car from his rival when he called on my cell phone & I got to tell him we were driving home in our new car. Better luck next time I guess, hope he learns how to interact with people better. Hope they stop playing games. More
Leasing through this dealership was the most unpleasant car purchase I have ever experienced. I came in to Pullman Toyota to purchase a Corolla that was advertised on their web site for around $16,700 a car purchase I have ever experienced. I came in to Pullman Toyota to purchase a Corolla that was advertised on their web site for around $16,700 as the "Straight to the Point Price." My salesman was great, I loved the car, and the price was competitive. I have excellent credit. But when I sat down to negotiate a lease, everything changed. All of a sudden the price of the car jumped to more than $18,000! There was no negotiation, it was strictly "take it or leave it." I was shown a tiny yellow printout with a bunch of cryptic abbreviations I could barely read. No one explained any abbreviations to me (except my payment amount) unless I pressed for information. When I pressed, I found that more than $1000 in charges for "Gap" and "body undercoating" were added on automatically, with no explanation. If I had not asked questions, I would have automatically been charged for these "recommended items." They finally eliminated gap when my wife and I were ready to walk out. I paid for body undercoating after the salesman convinced us it was important in a lease. I have since found out that gap insurance IS important, and body undercoating is totally worthless. They advised me wrong on both items. The final lease contract showed the vehicle at an "agreed upon price" of $18,835. More than full MSRP! The whole discussion process was bizarre. With every question, my salesman had to keep making long trips up front to some mysterious group at the front desk who would call his name over the loudspeaker, but never talked with me directly. Very awkward and uncomfortable. Simple, no frills commute cars are hard to find, so I went ahead and accepted the car. In retrospect I should have walked out. The finance guy who closed our transaction seemed to be in a hurry. He gave little explanation of what we were paying or why. Just "sign here, sign here..." When I got home, I noticed our PO Box number was missing and called back to give him the information so that our documents would arrive correctly. His response was an annoyed "did you tell your salesman that?" (Yes, I watched him put it in the system) , and after a pause, a reluctant "Yeah, I'll take care of it..." I guess he did, I never heard back. He didn't even seem to remember us coming in that afternoon. I e-mailed the General Manager, Greg Coleman, with my concerns and questions. He never responded. My salesman did do a follow-up call and apologized for the bad experience. The fact that the General Manager can't be bothered to respond to a concerned customer tells me their priorities are not about customer satisfaction. More
