I bought a 2024 toyota camry from them at the beginning of this year. I only have 9.6k miles on it right now and I have a bulge in the side wall of my tire. I never hit a curb or pothole or anything and was told that it was likely a manufacturing defect. So I asked Toyota of Pullman if they would replace the tire and they adamantly told me that tires are not covered under warranty. Regardless of the fact that they sold me a defected tire, they refuse to fix the situation. I called 3 other dealerships and explained the situation as if I'd bought the car from them and all 3 were ready to replace it, free of cost. Toyota of Pullman will sell you defected vehicles and then make you pay to fix it. Do yourself a favor and buy from any other dealership. You can usually get cars shipped to different dealerships, Lewiston Toyota is fantastic and will actually help you with these kinds of issues. More

I came in to get a quote on a new key. When asked y’all told me it was 800-1000 dollars. I walked out. He called and you know what they told him. “Itll be 375”. He then asked why they told me 800-1000, and they said cause they thought I wanted top notch brand new keys and stuff. They didn’t tell me that. They lied to get more money outta me. Ridiculous! Do not come here, I do not trust this location. Especially if your a girl or a student! More

He and the General Manager and really all the sales people were very helpful, friendly and knew every inch of the car and I left with a car and all I needed to know.
