Today my wife and I purchased a new Prius from Broadway Toyota. Two weeks prior we had stopped in to casually check out what models they had. When we approached the sales people milling about in the lot we were nervous as they looked like sharks that wanted to devour us in some kind of first time buyer feeding frenzy! Just as we were about to make a run for it our soon to be superhero salesman swooped in saved us from certain peril. Ken Scott to the rescue! I'm not sure if he was actually wearing a cape but we like to remember it that way. Ken then took us to check out a few used and new models. His relaxed demeaner put us at ease instantly. He was quite knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our hybrid questions in a polite and friendly way even though we told him up front that we were not buying a car that day. Fast forward two weeks. The wife and I are on a mission. We are buying a Prius, today. We are going to find Ken. We drive by Broadway Toyota - slowly. We scan the lot for our man. We spot him! He his helping someone else. They are smiling and laughing, of course. Once Ken is done helping them we wave him down. We had been stealthy hiding out in our vehicle as not to draw any attention to ourselves. I think we may have actually scared him a little but he rebounded nicely and we were quickly on the road test driving what would eventually be the new Prius parked in our garage tonight as I write! In all seriousness. Thank you Broadway Toyota for hiring people like Ken. His customer service was excellent and our experience today was probably the easiest, no pressure purchase I have made. This is how customers want to be treated. More

That was a good suggestion! I went to another dealer the same day and got the same vehicle WITH full power package for the same price that Broadway wanted for bare bones. Broadway salesperson did not seem to care if I became a customer of theirs or not, and she was condescending, suggesting that I did not understand the concepts of margin and compared shopping for a Yaris to trying to get a better price at Nordstrom (??????) I will never go back to Broadway Toyota. More
The car buying experience was great. I haven't bought a car for a long time and really dreaded it honestly. However, i never felt any pressure at Broadway Toyota. Nikki was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the process. Both my wife and I drove the Highlander on different days without any pressure to "settle the deal" then and there. This was a stark contrast to VW Herzog Meier where we were forced to sit and wait and finally be told they wouldn't give us a price because we weren't willing to buy right then and there. Typical BS. Go to Broadway Toyota and see Nikki if you want to avoid this treatment. You won't be disappointed. More
After test driving a Prius, Corolla, and regular Camry I tried the hybrid Camry. I enjoy the feel and economy of this car. I want to understand more about how much the battery contributes to propulsion, a tried the hybrid Camry. I enjoy the feel and economy of this car. I want to understand more about how much the battery contributes to propulsion, as the engine comes on at very low speeds. Also if shifting into "B" is advisable over using the brakes when slowing or going downhill. Is this a better way to recharge the battery than braking? More
The customer service was very friendly and worked hard to meet the wants and needs of the customer. Mr. Khzam was experienced and informative of the car bying process. Our business purchases a new or used truck every 6-8 months. This was by far the quickest, most professional, and definitely satisfying car buying experience I have ever had. Matthew has to be one of the nicest salesmen I have ever met, Leslie put together some great prices in a matter of minutes, and Dewey finished off the transaction very professionally. We were looking at the new Rav4s in the back parking lot when Sayed approached us and offered us help. We found a lower priced rav4 than the rest of the rav4's in the lot which we liked but it was the ugly when Sayed approached us and offered us help. We found a lower priced rav4 than the rest of the rav4's in the lot which we liked but it was the ugly greenish/gold color. We took a test drive and after that Sayed found the color we liked (Silver) and took us through a hassle-free process to purchase the car. We thought he was honest, friendly, knowledgable and not pushy at all. The finance guy Jeff Fisher took us through the financing which is usually the part we hate most because they try to push the warranties on you, but after we said no the first time and after refusing his counter offer he let us go painlessly :) After the finance guy Sayed had the car washed with a full tank of gas waiting for us outside and went over all the features for us. We were on our way home with our first brand new car after that and give Sayed and Broadway Toyota a 5 star experience. Thanks, Tram & Tram More

We were pleasantly surprised at how easy everything went. We were so happy with our experience, that we went back and bought a second car 2 weeks later. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. We had a great experience working with Heather to buy our new car. I had originally begun my search with the Costco auto buying program but was quickly able to negotiate a far better deal through the intern new car. As we exchanged emails to negotiate price and find exactly the car we wanted, Heather was prompt and courteous and took good care of us throughout the process. Buying a car from the "sharks" that work the sales floor can be a grueling experience. Heather and the internet sales dept. were much more pleasant to work with. More
