Recall Toyota contacted me for a recall, which they performed in a timely manner. I asked them if they could also check a noise my car was making while backi Toyota contacted me for a recall, which they performed in a timely manner. I asked them if they could also check a noise my car was making while backing up. They test drove it but could not hear the noise. When putting my car in reverse to leave the dealership I heard the noise again. They immediately called the tech, who came over and checked it with me for no charge. He determined it was just the muffler hitting the tow bar and adjusted it. I really appreciate Toyota’s outstanding service! They always go the extra mile. More

Exceptional customer customer I met with Service Advisor David Guralnick. He went over the service process, I was just having my oil changed and tire rotation, and stated the wait I met with Service Advisor David Guralnick. He went over the service process, I was just having my oil changed and tire rotation, and stated the wait time and that Uber was an option if I needed to leave while services was taking care of my car. He was very professional and kind. I highly recommend Broadway Toyota and their service team! More

Excellent service - website needs work My RAV4 was due for its 10,000 mile service. Checked the website for possible same-day appointments and it showed 215pm available. Tried to actually My RAV4 was due for its 10,000 mile service. Checked the website for possible same-day appointments and it showed 215pm available. Tried to actually make the appointment through the website, the only service the website showed for my RAV4 was 120,000 mile service. No way to edit/update. Couldn't go any further so I abandoned and called the service department. They said just to bring it in and it would be handled as a walk-in. Ian helped and the whole experience was smooth. Really like the Toyota Care concept - prepaid service and couldn't be happier. Bottom line - great service once you're there. Website - needs work. More
