Karina Lazaro checked me in and provided a very clear and thorough description of the plan to determine the source of the oil leak, fixing the leak. She let me know that the most likely case was that the oil drain plug and/or the oil filter was loose. If the most likely case was the problem, she informed me that a full oil and filter change would be performed. Finally she also provided an approximate timeline for the repair, or if, not the drain plug/oil filter, the approximate timeline for informing me that they would look further (add dye to oil to identify the location of the leak). I was very impressed with her knowledge and also communication skills in providing me with a clear description of the service person’s plan of attack in resolving the problem with my 4Runner. The 4Runner was ready within the time frame stated, and her explanation of findings, cost and the availability of continued Toyota Care Plus was very clear. I am very impressed and satisfied with the excellent treatment and service I received. More

Replacement of Antennae I think its me that doesnt relate to your service advisors. This time they didnt seem to have the knowledge to comprehend what I was saying.
