Today marks my sixth service with Toyota of Plano Service Department. I got my 5,000 mile free warranty work done which consists of tire rotation, oil and oil filter change, and their multi point inspection. Department. I checked in a few minutes before my appointment time at 12:30. I was met with a prompt friendly Service Representative. I was on my way by 1:30. If you need your oil changed and a quick check on the multi point service work don’t hesitate to use this location. I own different new cars and they service them here. Every oil change has taken no more than one hour and maybe a few minutes more but never longer than that. The entire service team from top to bottom executes with precision in my opinion. They have their system and plan down and they execute it perfectly. I strongly recommend you check this team out. More

I just had my 2012 Tacoma serviced here, best and easiest transaction I've had at any auto dealer! Travis and his co-workers were very responsive, polite, and did an excellent job.
