I bought my truck on September of 2009 and since then I only do my service at the Toyota service department. This was my 29th service as my Tacoma needed 145,000 service. This time my service was more expensive than usual given that on top of oil change, tire rotation and filter change, my truck needed a new battery, spark plugs and a repair on the suspension arm for an estimate of close to $3000, and yet I didn't felt as I was getting robbed because I trust Carlos and his expertise and advise. The relationship and trust I have with win can't be bought and I would not bring my car anywhere else. Thank you all so much More
