Took my Avalon (1 of 3 Toyota’s I own) to Toyota of Plano for service. Service technician asked if I had ever been there before, he couldn’t find me in their system. I’ve been a customer there for 20 years! for service. Service technician asked if I had ever been there before, he couldn’t find me in their system. I’ve been a customer there for 20 years! I only stay for proximity to my residence because their service department is a mess. The day after my service I received a thank you email. It was addressed to “Nancy”. My name isn’t Nancy. They couldn’t even get the gender correct. In 20 years I’ve never met a service department manager. M as y explain a lot. More

I tried calling Toyota of Plano service 4 times today. Each time I was hung upon. The front desk was kind, but only willing to "transfer" me to service again. I was able to get through one time and the Each time I was hung upon. The front desk was kind, but only willing to "transfer" me to service again. I was able to get through one time and the question of how long my first service would take seemed to hang them up. No one ever came back to the phone after what seemed like 20 minutes on hold. I guess that new dealership doesn't need my business that bad. More
