They found the problem I was having along with a general service and transmission service. Everyone was courteous and easy to talk to. I had an appointment for 1PM today to have an oil change. Finally left the dealership at 255PM (almost 2 hours to change the oil) I spoke to the service rep twice. She stated (50 minutes later) that the oil was draining. Then 30 minutes later that the pan was muddy (3 inches of mud) 15 minutes later I asked to talk to the service rep. He left to check but never came to me to discuss any problem. I did see him come out of the service area & when he saw me he went into his office and immediately left thru a side door. He never approached me at any time. Emily Bowman is listed as the service advisor; she however, was not responsible for any part of this problem. She relayed information provided by others More
