Our visit yesterday was very satisfying. The young female personnel were helpful, courteous and obviously competent. Finance agent was very rude after I declined tire & wheel coverage. He said, “Let me tell you something- you must have more faith in Toyota than Toyota does!!”. Which I found odd since Toyota doesn’t make ti coverage. He said, “Let me tell you something- you must have more faith in Toyota than Toyota does!!”. Which I found odd since Toyota doesn’t make tires. He also told me about his Ford Expedition locking up in his driveway trying to guilt me into his commissioned sale. I didn’t buy a Ford but yes I do have more faith in Toyota’s reliability than you, good sir. More
