OK so this is the 2 vehicle that I have bought from not only Toyota for Pairs, but from Robert Castle. And I have to say I loved both experiences. Our Toyota was barely running when we pulled in to Paris Toyota service department. Two service people came right out and took some information from us. They examined our vehicle and told us what the proble Toyota service department. Two service people came right out and took some information from us. They examined our vehicle and told us what the problem might possibly be. Quickly our car was taken to the back where an analysis showed what the problem was and what needed to be done to resolve the issue as well as the cost. We consented and parts were removed and replaced. The service writer was very courteous and helpful. We drove away happy and satisfied. More
