BE Aware of service department. they diagnostic and quoted me to fix my car was over $4,000. For a hybrid battery. After complaining about it, they basically told me to go elsewhere to fix my car. If this happens call the Toyota USA to complain, they need to bear responsibility for these fraudulent diagnostics and try to take customers hard earned money. After all I changed the Fan Motor which was not the issue it was the actual battery that Kendall Toyota replaced under warranty. Mr. Richard Martin, told me to pick up my car and fix it elsewhere on an email after I explained my situation and the miss diagnostic. More
I tried to buy an OEM replacement part from the service center at Toyota of North Miami. The website advertised free shipping within Miami Dade & said to contact them after check out to arrange. When I contacted them, they claimed there was a minimum purchase required for free shipping. This was not what the website states (it actually claims $75 minimum to ship anywhere and free shipping for all orders in Miami Dade). If they feel free to be dishonest about a $10 sale, imagine what they would stoop to during a $25000 car sale! AVOID! More

I have had two disgusting experiences in that dealership. That dealership charges more fees than any other dealership in Miami. Those people are really manipulative and misleading. They should be ashamed. By the way, those people are not that friendly when you tell them some real truths in their faces about all the crap that they charge you, that in the end goes straight to their pockets. More
