I'm not sure if the customer service has declined at this location. I went to get an oil change and I couldn't receive the bare minimum service with is the multi-point inspection. I bought Hyundai Elantra a month ago in Toyota North Miami. After 2 days of using came back to service centre to secure passenger's door, as bolts were not tightened enough, In few more days noticed u Miami. After 2 days of using came back to service centre to secure passenger's door, as bolts were not tightened enough, In few more days noticed uncomfortable vibration when start the engine, especially driver and passenger's front door. I called the service (to Bolivar), he said that he is on vacation and leave car with Matias and everything will be done. We explain, that the worst vibration is in the morning (cold engine), so left the car overnight. We came back the next day and were told that the problem was fixed. But that is not true, problem was still there. I waited for Bolivar to come back at work, schedule the appointment with him on Friday. But when I brought the car to the repair centre, I find out, that it's his day off. I was very disappointed, when he said to give the car to Matias. I explained to him the previous bad experience and we agreed to leave the car overnight (AGAIN) so he can personally check it on Saturday morning. On the Saturday noon I receive a message, that car is ready. I took it back, but the problem was not solved!!! The cold engine today gave very bad vibration, on the every turn both doors are giving very annoying vibration. So I am sure that nobody even did anything. And I didn't get any survey to leave a review, so I'm doing it here. More
