Routine service professionals done, weak customer service I brought the car for a routine service. There were no issues, so it is hard to judge workmanship. Everything was done and there have been no problems since. The car was returned to be clean, including an exterior wash. I specifically set the appointment when they were not busy and told them I would wait. They still estimated 1 ½ - 2 hours for maintenance that takes 30-45 minutes. I think it is Toyota that has the system of advisors. When you bring the car for service, you are assigned to an advisor who in theory is responsible for the process. In my case after waiting two hours with no update or communication, I looked for the advisor and found his desk empty. apparently he had gone to lunch and did not bother to turn my paperwork over to anyone else. I found another advisor who found the paperwork on his desk for who knows how long. That is poor. More
Horrible service!!! Waited 15 min for assistance. No smile no hello. Had to demand they bring out my car after 2hrs. Which they didn't even start working on. Thumbs down Waited 15 min for assistance. Thanks Robertho!!! Thanks to Robertho's kindness I left pleased instead of PISSED! I got their at 7:00 am to have my car serviced. I did not have an appointment but that Thanks to Robertho's kindness I left pleased instead of PISSED! I got their at 7:00 am to have my car serviced. I did not have an appointment but that's why I got there early. A gentleman did the startup info and asked if someone had helped me before, I said yes Robertho. I didn't realized that I had to sit and wait 2 hrs before anything was done to my car. When Robertho arrived I was PISSED. He did the paper work and had my car done in 45 min. Thanks to him I was able make my next appointment. Thanks again to Robertho!!! He made my day!!! I really appreciate him. More

Roberto was friendly, courteous and helpful. He was very thorough in explaining the necessary repairs. I came in with brake and steering problems and drove out with a car that felt like new. I brought my Prius in yesterday due to the recall. Since I was not sure if my car was affected, I called and was told to bring the car to them. I was told that the car needed to be reprogrammed. This is the second time that I have used this service center and I have been very pleased both times. Jorge (I don't know the last name) attended me very quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and helpful... and also returned a very clean car!! I used to take my car to Toyota Kendall; but I am much happier with the service at this dealer. Keep up the good work!! More
