Rude customer service I made an appointment for service for an oil change...I didn't wanted to wait while my car was in service, so I decided to take the free shuttle servi I made an appointment for service for an oil change...I didn't wanted to wait while my car was in service, so I decided to take the free shuttle service, James (the shuttle driver was excellent he got to my house really fast). The Service manager (Miguel) told me that when my car was going to be ready, he would call me, and that it would last around 1:45 min. After almost 4 hrs, I decided to call him to check on my car. He tells me(with an attitude and slightly rude)that he called and left me a voicemail. If I really had in fact received that call and voicemail, i wouldn't be calling to check on my car. I ALWAYS take my car to this dealer for service, and the last time, they assigned with this same guy (Miguel Lara) and both times, my experience has not been really pleasant (I just didn't took the time to write a review, but since this time is the same situation, I decided to say something) Overall, i think this is a good dealer, but they need to train their service managers to offer a better customer service. More
Poor Customer Services Once they sell the car you do not exist, can't get service or a phone call back. I've leased 2 cars with them and purchased one. After you leave the dealership, when you call for service or to speak with anyone, you get transfers 10 to 12 times, hung up on or sent to an answering machine. When you leave a message you never get a returned phone call. Tried to get my car serviced and check on a warranty policy I purchased with them for a used car, and every person I speak lacks common courtesy and an ounce of customer service. The customer service has progressively gone down the drain over the past year. My second lease ends in 5 months and I refuse to set foot in this dealership again. Should of learned my lesson with my last lease before I bought a car with them, they did a bait and switch on my turn in car value and tried to bill me an additional $2K in "added charges" claiming they only gave me an estimated value. When I called three times to discuss, they ignored my calls and it was not until I walked in with a copy of a paper written by one of their sales men that explained the details and firmly said we would not be billed any additional costs that I was helped. At first the team ignored my husband and just stating that the guy we bought the vehicle from was no longer there (only 2 months had past), then we made a huge scene, so the head of customer service came out and saw that we had something in writing so they took care of the "added charges". More

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OIL CHANGE I visited this dealer on Tuesday April 7 2015 to have an oil change done on my 2001 tacoma. I was told that it would take more than 2 hours to do the I visited this dealer on Tuesday April 7 2015 to have an oil change done on my 2001 tacoma. I was told that it would take more than 2 hours to do the oil change when I inquire why would it take that long I was told that the dealer was very very busy performing oil changes. I waited for more than 2 hours for the oil change to be done. The following day I went under my truck to check the drain coolant plug on the engine block and I noticed the oil filter was very very dirty which did reflect a filter with only 20 miles after been replaced the previous day. I knew at that moment something was not right so I drove back to the dealer and explain to the service advisor my concern. They looked at the filter and took my car back to the service area. I then asked to speak to the service manager Mr.Richard Martin. Mr.Martin told me he already knew what happened and he was disappointed that something like this happened which in fact my filter was not replaced. They handled the situation very nicely; they apologized for the mishap. My filter was replaced and the money I paid for the oil change was refunded. I also was offered to have my next oil change done for free. I'm not going to try to find out why the filter was not replaced from the beginning. But I do remember them saying that oil changes take more than 2 hours because they are very, very busy doing oil changes. And maybe this is the reason why the technician forgot to replaced my oil filter as they are hurrying to get the job done. Just maybe this dealer needs more personnel to do oil changes so technicians are not in a hurry doing oil changes and customers will not have to wait more than two hours. Maybe, don't know. Wilmer. Slow, poor service scheduling After having made an appointment, I had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change. When I arrived I was told it would take 1.5 hours. When I asked why so long, I was told that others were also scheduled and were ahead of me. After 2 hours I was now late for an appointment, and I had to pester the service adviser to expedite the service, which was finally completed after another half hour. You get the impression that the customer comes last at this dealership. I will not return. More
Too long for my first oil change experience I was there on Jan 19 2015 for my first oil change of my Corolla 2014..Service manager was friendly but staff was Not..I arrived the first at 0630 am I was there on Jan 19 2015 for my first oil change of my Corolla 2014..Service manager was friendly but staff was Not..I arrived the first at 0630 am and wait until 0700 am of course..Staff asked me for my papers NO good morning or hello..As a mater of fact they greet the person who arrived at 0715 after me ...Finally at about 0930 am this person told me my car was ready but the staff who supoused to hand me the car with my keys refused to give me the keys because numbers didnt match on the papers..Manager had to go back and told to them and told them everything was OK. I dont understand why took that long for a rotation and an oil change when I was the first in line.It took also that long on Jul 25 2014 for my first 5000 miles rotation...Still is free in the toyota plan so I cant complaint but I will recommend to speed up the process when U see people eating breakfast in the cafeteria and some work waiting..!! More
Routine service professionals done, weak customer service I brought the car for a routine service. There were no issues, so it is hard to judge workmanship. I specifically set the appointment when they were not busy and told them I would wait. They still estimated 1 ½ - 2 hours for maintenance that takes 30-45 minutes. I think it is Toyota that has the system of advisors. When you bring the car for service, you are assigned to an advisor who in theory is responsible for the process. In my case after waiting two hours with no update or communication, I looked for the advisor and found his desk empty. apparently he had gone to lunch and did not bother to turn my paperwork over to anyone else. I found another advisor who found the paperwork on his desk for who knows how long. That is poor. More
