Touch up paint mishap On March 23rd, I ordered touch-up paint for my car and was told that it should arrive in a week and that the dealership would call me once the paint w On March 23rd, I ordered touch-up paint for my car and was told that it should arrive in a week and that the dealership would call me once the paint will arrive. Today, July 9th, I went to the dealership and my order was still not fulfilled. When the cashier checked with one of the managers or employees, I was told that it is a possibility that when the part arrived, it was given to another customer. I have to say that I am extremely not satisfied. I prepaid for this part and patiently waited for the call, and then was told that it was given to someone else. My car's color is not that rare, I constantly see Camrys, RAV4s, Corollas of that color, so your dealership should have this touch up paint in stock. Also, when I took my car for its 1st service, my car was missing tire gauge cap on one of the tires. More

Excellent service - especially Juan David Hernandez I came to Toyota of North Miami's Service Department to fix a flat tire. Although there are other Toyota dealerships closer to me, I like coming here I came to Toyota of North Miami's Service Department to fix a flat tire. Although there are other Toyota dealerships closer to me, I like coming here to the knowledge and helpful attitude of the service department. Ealy Montalvo is always helpful and answers all my questions if I call or email him. In mid May, I had a flat tire replaced fixed and was told that the others were in bad shape and I'd need to take care of them soon. About a month later, I had another flat - I didn't realize that it would happen so quickly. When I came in a week ago Assistant Manager Juan David Hernandez helped me. I have to say he is a model employee and manager! He was the most polite and professional person who helped so far, and I'd say the best in the whole department. Because I keep up with the scheduled maintenance I'm in here a lot. He told me that unfortunately the flat would need to be replaced as well as the other 2 tires. The wheel also had to be realigned. I came without and appointment and had to stay the rest of the day but Juan made sure to explain everything to me and was there every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about him. Whoever is in charge of the service department - I've had a lot of car problems and have been to many different mechanics and service centers. Please thank Mr. Hernandez personally for all his hard work and dedication!!! More

Awful It has taken me a while to wrote this review, because I thought they would address what happened to me there: 1. Went for Auto Butler and when I go It has taken me a while to wrote this review, because I thought they would address what happened to me there: 1. Went for Auto Butler and when I got home my car was full of this black tar or grease !! Called spoke to Wendy she explained that the machine was broken and that I wasn't the only person complaing. It cost me $80 to have my car detailed somewhere else. Have never gone back for auto butler. Waste of my money 2. Went in with a tire that was loosing air. They returned my car and said that the was nothing wrong. I insisted that I was facing to put air in the tire every 2 days. They assured me that they had removed the tire and placed in under water and that it was fine. I got home and discovered that this was a lie, that they had never removed the tire, and I know this because I put tie wraps on my tires and then I paint them with a solved paint to match the hubcap and that sane tie wrap was still in the tire. Called them and complained they apologized and said that a manager would call me back. Antionne alled me and apologized, he said to bring the car on and to send him. Went in the next day asked asked for Antionne, he apologized and admitted that they had in fact lied to me. He took my car and said he would repair the tire ASAP. While waiting for the car I decided to buy a Car Perfume. The Cashier asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said no it was not necessary. I put the Car Perfume in my purse and after a while I decided to go out to the show room to look around. This is when I was stopped by one if the men that work in the Parts Dept who told me that I needed to pay for the Car Perfume before going anywhere. I explained that I had in fact paid. That's when right then and there in the middle of the waiting area he made me opens purse and when he saw that I had the car perfume and raised his voice and asked for the receipt, I told me that I had told the Cashier that I didn't want a receipt, that it was only a $6 item. He proceeded to insinuate that if I didn't have a receipt then "I didn't pay for it". By now everyone is aware of what is happening and are looking at me like I'm a thief!! I walked to the front of the Cashiers line and asked her to please give me a receipt because I was being accused of stealing !! She did do and I walked the receipt of the guy and told me that I didn't appreciate being accused of being a thief. I went looking for Antionne and told him what had just happened. I was onviouksy very upset and crying. He apologized and had me wait in office until my car was ready. Before I left he said that someone would call me to go over what happened. I got a call from Wendy who said that she had reviewed the cameras and was appalled at what had happened and how it had been handled. She said she was going to speak to management to make sure this never happens again to another customer and she would call me and would "make this up to me" she said that she knew and understood that what ever they did it would never compensate me for their lies and most of all the humiliation that they had caused me. But that she would do her best to make it up to me. It has been over 5 months since this happened and I never heard fro anyone there again!! They simply don't care about their customers. More

Irresponsible Staff I went in for an auto butler service for the second time and was disappointed for the second time. I was promised transportation to my job, while they worked on my vehicle, and ended up being very late to work. Then, when I showed up to pick up my car, no one knew where it was - again. I kept being told that there were new workers, which is why no one knew where my car was. It was one thing for that to have been an explanation for the first time that this occurred, but by the second time it simply became a convenient excuse, which only served to further emphasize the level of blatant incompetence on the part of this particular dealership. They also kept saying that someone by the name of Wendy was "in charge." Doubt it. Needless to say, I was not pleased. At all. More
