Then, I received a follow-up call from Jay with the inspection findings and estimate. By the end of the day, my vehicle was repaired with new Toyota parts! I'm not sure if the customer service has declined at this location. I went to get an oil change and I couldn't receive the bare minimum service with is the multi-point inspection.
