I contact this dealer for a used Camry hybrid...At first we were skeptical because there were a lot of type o's in the advertisement of the used vehicle we were interested in IE: Mileage and trim but we had the pleasure to work with Frantzy Dabel..Frantzy admitted there were type o's and helped us to find several different options/vehicles to pick from. Frantzy went the extra mile calling , emailing, etc. to get us in to he right vehicle. Although we didn't get exactly what we wanted for our trade-in Frantzy and his Manager helped us with other things to get us in the price range we needed to be at to purchase. There was no bullying, or ultimatum techniques used, (I have seen it all throughout the years) , there was just plain ole good customer service. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime so far and have to admit Frantzy was one of the most easiest and pleasant sales men I have ever dealt with. We worked with Michael Diaz throughout the process, and he was friendly, courteous, and seemed really interested in getting us the car we wanted - not just selling what was on hand. Harry and Fouad were great at explaining the financing options, and the paperwork process with Mark was quick and efficient. We will definitely be going back when we're ready to trade-in or buy another vehicle, and we'll definitely recommend TNM to anyone looking for a Toyota or Scion. More
