Worse dealership ever! Can't count the amount of times we were lied to! Dishonest and only cares about sales, but the customer. It was a great disappointment for me, I bought a car of 26 thousand dollar and the battery run down in less than 4 months and I requested for a replacement but I was denied ,I had to pay 200$ to buy a new 26 thousand dollar and the battery run down in less than 4 months and I requested for a replacement but I was denied ,I had to pay 200$ to buy a new battery, this is so sad, the sales rep was horrible I requested to see the manager but they lied to me the manager was not around .their after sales service is poor once you buy from them they don’t care after the purchase. There is what they call after sales service, this is totally lacking. I will not recommend Toyota of north Miami to any of my friends or associate Toyota headquarters , Hialeah has a better service . Left my car for service and went home, asked the service person if they would wash it, he said yes of course. I told him take your time because I am going home and come when you tell me it is ready. At pick up, my car was so dirty, dusty, much worse than when i left it. Asked one of the service guys and he said "come another day", i told him that I brought my car to this dealer precisely because I need my car perfect after service, and that I dont have all the time to come back as I work 4am shifts at airports, besides that is not a right answer to a customer, He (a red head guy with red beard and blue eyes) and another service person answered "the car wash is not working is broken" , yeah right! I was assured that it would be cleaned, why promise when the service is broken?. He said "what is the big deal come another day?" As I was leaving I heard him cursing at me, I turned back and asked "excuse me are you cursing at me?" He said he was cursing somebody at the other end of the room. Hmmmm. So I left the place, my car still dirty and $40 spent in Ubers, so that the dealer would take care of my car with no pressure on my side. Is that a good service? Or, it is not a big deal that they promised to wash it and didn't deliver? My review is 1 star, my experience was awful. More

BE Aware of service department. they diagnostic and quoted me to fix my car was over $4,000. For a hybrid battery. Once Toyota had to cover over warranty, they changed the diagnos they diagnostic and quoted me to fix my car was over $4,000. For a hybrid battery. Once Toyota had to cover over warranty, they changed the diagnostic to a $750 motor fan. Not covered. They almost committed customer fraud. After complaining about it, they basically told me to go elsewhere to fix my car. If this happens call the Toyota USA to complain, they need to bear responsibility for these fraudulent diagnostics and try to take customers hard earned money. After all I changed the Fan Motor which was not the issue it was the actual battery that Kendall Toyota replaced under warranty. Mr. Richard Martin, told me to pick up my car and fix it elsewhere on an email after I explained my situation and the miss diagnostic. More
